Kingston, UK Value: £4.5m Duration: 27 weeks The works required the conversion of an existing Marks & Spencer store into the new Lifestore concept. This work was undertaken in four phases and the store was kept trading throughout. As well as shop-fit replacement, services relocation and the installation of ‘hit and miss’ ceilings, the works involved the relocation and refurbishment of the existing escalators, extensive façade and shopfront works and the installation of a new concept coffee shop. “Charming rustic Italian food” - Time Out Dubai January 2009
