Bond Street, London, UK Value: £0.5m Duration: 8 weeks The project comprised the bespoke fitting out of the new Jimmy Choo salon in Bond Street, London. Works comprised interior demolitions and strip out together with structural floor strengthening to support loads imposed by a new natural limestone floor. Wall finishes comprised armacote polished plaster walls and polished plaster shelves with integral lighting. Feature ceilings incorporated extensive mechanical and electrical services whilst back of house new storage and staff facilities were formed. Working on Bond Street required extensive liaison with the local authorities and police with regards to noise, deliveries, loading and removal of waste. The project was delivered ‘on time’, on budget and was Defect Free at completion. |
