Moseley Street, Manchester Value: £1.05m Duration: 12 weeks Delivered under a multi site 3 year framework agreement This multi-phase project required the phased refurbishment of 4 floors of business customer facilities, and back office, together with the full fitting out of a new concept retail branch and a comprehensive services replacement programme. Delivered in phases the works comprised new ceilings, raised access floor modifications, new IT and data services, M&E replacement revised office layouts and new conference facilities. Banking Hall services were kept live through out the project with this work being undertaken on a largely, ‘out-of-normal hours’ basis with normal working being available on the office floors. The close proximity of the branch frontage to the Manchester Metro system and the requirement for major canopy and shop front replacement required close liaison with the highways, police, traffic and metro authorities to coordinate Metro closedowns and alternative traffic management solutions. |
