Architect / Interior Designer: Holford, PM: MACE, QS: EC Harris, Structural: WSP, M&E: WSP, AV : MAF DSW were responsible for both the delivery of the main anchor unit and associate management office & suits for the Mirdiff City centre Project. The project was secured in competition and was a fast track traditional tender, to deliver approx. 25,000 of mixed use space. The office’s and suites, account for approx 20,000 sq/ft of space on 3 levels and contain a very high level of finish, IT and Centre integration works. DSW are currently back on the project to complete additional works in order to create more space, incl. Community Centre. |
