The award winning Spinningfields development
is recognised as an important and exciting new
location in Manchester. When RBS decided
to establish a strong corporate and retail
presence, the location warranted excellent
space and a high quality scheme.
Procured and delivered concurrently, the
two adjacent locations required sensitive
deployment of carefully co-ordinated specialist
fit-out trade contractors. The ‘Cat B’ fit-out
involved extensive adaptation of the new ‘basebuild’
as well as provision of high quality and
technically complex finishes and services.
Five floors of bespoke office space, including
a board room and fine dining facilities, staff
restaurant, meeting rooms and audio/visual
suites, co-located with a Coutts banking facility,
required a full portfolio of skills and experience,
integral to Styles&Wood projects. Furniture and
equipment was managed, delivered, installed
and commissioned.
