The RBS Hardman Boulevard project was
delivered for RBS by Styles&Wood. Comprising a
12-floor office block, approximately 200,000ft2,
specifically designed and built to provide call
centre and head office space. RBS were under
immense time constraints with potential for
disruption during a major move. Being an
important ‘Customer for Life’, Styles&Wood has
delivered many retail banking and ‘back office’
projects for RBS. Therefore we had to ensure
that the programme was smooth and robust
and assured delivery.
The project featured large conference areas
with meeting and dining facilities for clients
and staff, feature reception, extensive kitchen
facilities and hospitality areas, with technically
complex services and integral audio/visual/IT
resources.
